Refund & Return Policy

Returns on stock items are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Exceptions include select digital kiosks (please call to confirm). Customer must notify us of any damage or other issues with products within 48 hours of delivery. No returns or exchanges on any custom graphics or other custom items. All custom jobs are considered final once proofs are approved. We are not responsible for compatibility with customer's existing hardware. Please make sure any replacement parts or graphics are compatible with your hardware. If you are unsure please contact us. NO COLOR MATCH GURANTEE.


All returns are subject to 35% administrative and re-stocking fee. All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. Customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. Returned merchandise received used or damaged will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs.
